Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with blueprints, specifications, and safety standards, and coordinating subcontractors and vendors to meet project deadlines. Maintain detailed daily logs, resolve on-site issues promptly, and enforce OSHA and safety policies. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely procurement of materials and equipment.

- Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
