Required Skills/Education
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7–20 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Experience with contract negotiation, subcontractor management, and change order administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and market trends.
