Key Responsibilities
- Identify functional requirements and develop detailed user stories.
- Conduct manual testing to validate application features and identify defects.
- Support internal design and planning sessions, providing technical and process insights.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end users.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Assist Scrum Master and team members with Agile activities and ticket management in JIRA.
- Active Top Secret clearance (required at start)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Analysis or Testing
- Strong understanding of business requirements analysis and process documentation
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with JIRA
- Knowledge of manual testing and QA best practices
- Basic understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Exposure to business requirements analysis and Agile project management
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and documentation
