Job title: IT Agile Project Manager

Location: Vienna, Virginia

Rate: $60/hour on W2

Type: Contract - Onsite

Responsibilities

• :Apply and adhere to Agile project management best practices by following the policies, procedures and methodologies established within the Scaled Agile Framewor
• kEnsure effective management of projects from inception through implementatio
• nCollaborate and negotiate with business partners and vendors to understand requirement needs and resolve any gaps or risks/issue
• sPrepare and deliver status reports regarding project objectives, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to management and stakeholder
• sOversee project progress to ensure project documentation and schedules are following previously agreed requirements and standard
• sMaintain and archive all project related documentatio
• nIdentify, communicate, and resolve technical, tactical, and operational project issues and risk
• sExhibit intellectual agility and interpersonal flexibility to reassess, reflect and shift thinking as projects or strategic direction change
• sMay be required to support agile team by writing backlog requirements and facilitating Scrum ceremonie
• sCommunicate project plan, changes, direction, approach, and priorities based on changing business requirements, circumstances, added information and/or budget considerations to stakeholder
• sMonitor and measure staff assignments results against project goals and task responsibilitie
• sBuild and maintain relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirement

• s:Associates degree in Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experien
• ceExperience in Agile project leadership and execution, including initiatives with technology, processes, cross-functional teams, and external partne
• rsWorking knowledge of Agile framework methodologies, SAFe, and Scrum ceremoni
• esEffective skill in project management to include establishing and leading project teams, managing timelines/deadlines/resources, ensuring successful project implementati
