The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with technology fluency, stakeholder management, and structured delivery oversight. They can navigate complex environments, translate technical challenges into business impacts, facilitate decisions, and move initiatives forward without direct authority over all delivery teams.

- Partner with business, technology, and vendor leads to define deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestones, estimates, resource commitments, and accountable owners.
- Coordinate technology readiness across business requirements, solution alignment, system integrations, data dependencies, testing, access, approvals, and release planning.
- Track vendor and internal team commitments, identify delivery gaps, and communicate schedule, scope, or resource impacts.
- Translate technical challenges and proposed changes into clear business implications, options, and recommendations.
