Your Role as a Nurse Aide: Providing Essential Care

As a Nurse Aide at Seneca Place, you'll be a vital part of our residents' daily lives, responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including assisting residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), helping residents maintain their independence.

• Monitoring residents' conditions closely and reporting any changes promptly and accurately to the nursing staff.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
