What You'll Do:
As a Med Tech at Seneca Manor, you'll be a vital part of our residents' daily lives, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to thrive. Your compassionate care will directly impact their well-being and happiness. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications to residents as prescribed by physicians.
Accurately documenting all medication administration and resident observations.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and well-being to our nursing staff.
Providing companionship and a listening ear, building meaningful relationships with our residents.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.
What We're Looking For:
A valid Med Tech certification in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain one.
A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic and a reliable, team-oriented attitude.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.
Prior experience in a senior living or long-term care setting is a plus, but not required. We're happy to mentor the right candidate!
