Facilities Manager
Location: Salamanca and Oil Spring (Cuba), NY
Department: Facilities | Status: Exempt
Rate of Pay: $25.30/hour
Position Summary
Seneca Gaming & Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and long-term planning of our Class II Gaming facilities. This leadership role is responsible for facility maintenance programs, capital projects, budgeting, team supervision, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Oversee building, grounds, utility, and equipment operations.
- Coordinate renovations, construction projects, and contractor activities.
- Develop budgets, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate Facilities Department staff.
- Promote a safe environment and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five (5) years of facilities, construction, maintenance, or related management experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and building systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Supervisory and/or engineering experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Seneca Nation Key Gaming License.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel between locations may be required.
