Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service or sales experience (automotive preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.

Greet customers warmly as they arrive for their service appointments.

Listen carefully to understand customer needs and concerns regarding their vehicle.

Clearly explain recommended services and provide accurate repair estimates.

Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage the service bay schedule.

Effectively communicate vehicle status updates to customers throughout the service process.

Process customer payments accurately and professionally.

Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business.
