Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, customer-friendly manner
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair progress
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
