Responsibilities: Develop and execute mechanical designs from concept to fabrication backed by thorough engineering analysis. (35%) Perform finite element analysis (FEA) on customer designs and recommend realistic design improvements that optimize the HMI experience. (25%) Assist in fabrication, assembly, and testing activities from Proof-of-Concepts to mass production projects. (10%) Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams during the product development cycle to translate customer input into successful, cutting-edge products. (10%) (10%) Travel to customer locations (domestic and international) to provide technical support Lead and direct the work of a team of mechanical engineers. Establish organizational structures and performance expectations. Create a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence, collaboration, and results orientation.
