Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Pembroke Pines, FL. The Sales Coordinator will support the clinic’s sales activities by managing appointment schedules, following up with leads, and assisting with in-clinic consultations. This role will maintain accurate records in scheduling and sales systems, prepare daily and weekly sales reports, and help ensure smooth coordination between the front desk, technicians, and management. The Sales Coordinator will provide high-quality customer service, answer inquiries about treatments and pricing, and guide prospective clients through the sales process. The position will also help support promotional initiatives, uphold brand standards in all client interactions, and contribute to a welcoming, professional clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage schedules, track leads, and support the clinic’s sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Service, ideally in a retail, beauty, wellness, or healthcare setting.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening with clients and team members.
- Comfort working with point-of-sale and CRM or scheduling systems, with solid data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in a cosmetic, aesthetic, or medical spa environment is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn about laser hair removal is essential.
