SUMMARY: Attendant is primarily responsible for attending the restaurant while building relationships with guest in ways that enhance customer loyalty and develop the casino's business. The Attendant maintains professional physique to build and maintain relationships with guests at all times, on every shift; to engage our guests in a friendly, welcoming and a sincere manner. The Attendant follows the casino's procedures to resolve customer complaints and issues; provides exceptional customer service while staffing the restaurant as needed. The ultimate objective of this position is to help advance the Seminole Nation by delivering value and signature moments every day.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include, but are not limited to the following:
• Creates and supports a work environment/culture focused on building high-trust relationships by extending support and respect to all.
• Promptly and graciously, greet each guest with the focus on strong guest service.
• Mix alcoholic drink: according to the recipe standard of SNGE.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, serving them food and drinks.
• Practice a “clean as you go” work ethic to maintains a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
• Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to MOD or Operations Manager.
• Ensure that operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner
• Must be able to listen effectively to customers. Interact with employees and guests in professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of any and all activity of guests and their accounts
• Learns on-going promotions and is able to explain the promotions to customers.
• Engages with customers to build rapport and customer loyalty. Act as an ambassador to the Casino in your engaging and outgoing personality.
• Execution of all food production with proper amounts of food as determined by the SNGE Concessions Cook.
• Assist with any special request made.
• Complete related job duties assigned by MOD or Casino Manager.
• Must complete any Food and Alcohol Certification recommended for employees in the state of Oklahoma.
• Take inventory of China, Silver, and Glass. Monitor inventory levels and order appropriately and according to budget.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:
