Role Description
This full-time Field Service and Application Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing company equipment at customer sites, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing on-site application support. The role includes facilitating customer training, resolving technical queries, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying technical challenges is required.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving technical issues
- Ability to design training programs and provide application support to customers
- Effective communication, including technical reporting and team collaboration
- Proficiency in using software and technology for diagnostics and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or advanced manufacturing equipment is a plus
