End User Support
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for company employees
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows operating systems, Office 365, printers, and network connectivity
- Assist with user account creation, permission management, and password resets
- Support conference room equipment, meeting systems, and office IT devices
- Assist users with software installation, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting
- Assist in maintaining Active Directory user accounts, groups, and permissions
- Support Windows workstation installation, configuration, deployment, and updates
- Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and office devices
- Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting (LAN / Wi-Fi / VPN)
- Support maintenance of servers, shared resources, and core IT services
- Assist with configuration and maintenance of network switches, routers, and firewall devices
- Support VLAN configuration, port management, and basic network troubleshooting
- Monitor network device status and assist with resolving network alerts
- Assist in implementing network security policies and access control rules
- Support IT team with network device upgrades, configuration backups, and maintenance
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Access Control systems
- Manage door access permissions, employee access cards, and access logs
- Support maintenance of CCTV systems, including cameras, NVR/DVR devices, and monitoring platforms
- Troubleshoot issues related to access control and video surveillance systems
- Work with security and administrative teams to ensure proper operation of security systems
- Assist with network cabling and low-voltage system deployment, including Ethernet cabling, patch panels, and wall outlets
- Troubleshoot and repair network connectivity issues related to cabling
- Support installation and maintenance of network racks, switches, and related equipment
- Maintain documentation and labeling for network cabling infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors during IT infrastructure installation or upgrades
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Maintain IT asset inventory and device records
- Prepare IT equipment for new employee onboarding and offboarding
- Ensure devices follow company configuration standards and operate properly
