Position: Business Analyst with Payments Domain EXP
Location: Tampa, FL
Job Description:
Mandatory skills:
- 12 years of overall experience in Business Analysis, with a strong background in the banking or payments domain.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 payment message formats especially pacs, pain, and camt series.
- Strong domain knowledge of USD High Value Payment systems (e.g., CHIPS, Fedwire).
- Experience working with or analyzing systems based on mainframe platforms (TSO, JCL, batch processes).
- Experience in writing clear and comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end payment processing workflows, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and SQL.
