Business Analyst (Payment Domain)

Role: : Business Analyst with Payments domain

Location: Tampa, FL

Type: Long term contract

Exp: 12 Years

Rate: $70/hr

Mandatory skills:

• 12 years of overall experience in Business Analysis, with a strong background in the banking or payments domain.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 payment message formats – especially pacs, pain, and camt series.
• Strong domain knowledge of USD High Value Payment systems (e.g., CHIPS, Fedwire).
• Experience working with or analyzing systems based on mainframe platforms (TSO, JCL, batch processes).
• Experience in writing clear and comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end payment processing workflows, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and SQL.
