Pay Rate: $17 per hour monthly commission

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls to secure rentals, create reservations, and guide customers toward the best solutions for their storage needs
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through proactive outreach, effective questioning, and closing strategies
• Conduct heavy outbound calling to follow up on warm leads, re-engage past leads, and convert cold leads into new sales opportunities
• Engage with a diverse customer base, multitasking efficiently while maintaining focus on sales opportunities
• Use point of sale system to track leads and follow up promptly
• Work both independently and collaboratively to maximize results
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Sales Drive: Consistently pursue opportunities to close rentals and lead follow ups, using persuasive techniques and creating a sense of urgency
• Service Orientation: Anticipate and address customer needs to build trust and long-term relationships
• Active Listening: Identify customers needs and concerns without interruption to recommend the best solutions
• Problem Solving: Quickly analyze situations, overcome objections, and resolve complex issues while keeping the sale moving forward
• Time Management: Prioritize inbound sales calls and outbound lead follow-ups, focusing on achieving and exceeding performance goals
