Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, personnel management, and operational standards.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and motivating teams.
- Understanding of P&L management and financial operations.
- Food handler certification preferred.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
