A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative. This is a fast-paced opportunity for a recruiter who can jump in quickly, manage multiple openings, and consistently deliver qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open healthcare positions.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and follow-up within the ATS.
• Work efficiently to meet aggressive hiring goals and deadlines.
• Support additional recruiting initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
• Healthcare or medical recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt quickly.
• Must be available to start immediately and commit through September 11.
