What You'll Be Working On

Every week is different. Projects include:

• Custom kitchen remodels
• Full bathroom remodels
• Solid surface shower replacements
• Custom tile showers
• Interior renovations
• Framing
• Drywall
• Trim carpentry
• Flooring
• Cabinet installation
• Doors and windows
• Light plumbing and electrical coordination
• Punch lists and finish work
• New construction carpentry
• Whole-home remodeling projects

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

• 5 years of residential remodeling experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Experience leading projects from start to finish
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent finish carpentry skills
• Framing experience
• Cabinet installation experience
• Drywall hanging and finishing knowledge
• Flooring installation experience (LVP, hardwood, tile a plus)
• Ability to read plans and layouts
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Excellent communication with homeowners
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds

Bonus Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Solid surface shower systems (Onyx, Samuel Mueller, Durasein, etc.)
• Tile shower systems
• Schluter products
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical
• Finish painting

Compensation

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
