Selectric is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Field Support Technician to support our field operations by transporting materials, tools, equipment, and trailers between jobsites while also assisting our electrical crews as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is eager to learn the electrical trade, and is comfortable driving, organizing equipment, and working outdoors.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in keeping projects running efficiently by ensuring crews have the equipment and materials they need while gaining valuable hands-on experience in commercial electrical work and assisting in our warehouse operation.

QualificationsRequired
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pull and back trailers safely (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
Preferred
- Experience pulling trailers.
- Construction or electrical experience.
- Experience operating forklifts or equipment (training available).
- Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
- Climb ladders and work on uneven terrain.
- Walk, stand, kneel, bend, and crouch throughout the day.

- Ability to safely enter and exit trucks and trailers multiple times daily.
