Duties
- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, motors, and control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes quickly.
- Repair or replace faulty components to restore electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other electrical technicians and apprentices and administrative staff to coordinate repairs and upgrades efficiently.
- Accurately document all work performed in our field service software for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role within residential or commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety procedures (such as NEC or local regulations).
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams with precision.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit testers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications such as Electrician License or equivalent are preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
