Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Monitor and report on patient's condition, progress, and medications
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and needs
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or associate's degree in nursing preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
