Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.Non-negotiable – candidate must be fluent in Canadian French and English. Absolutely no exceptions. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, quality control, and maintenance positions.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods.Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors. Must be documented on the resume.Fluent in English and Canadian French (written and spoken).
