Job Summary
- Analyze and resolve technical and clinical questions from customers regarding client products.
- Communicate with customers about inquiry results and product analysis.
- Escalate unusual product performance issues and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Resolve customer complaints and participate in product improvement and field failure analysis teams.
- Document, investigate, and correct field-related problems in collaboration with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, biomedical technicians, purchasing agents, materials/risk managers).
- Communicate customer concerns and complaints to data management teams for trend analysis and product/service enhancement recommendations.
- Perform product complaint documentation, investigation, customer response, and consulting activities.
- Author correspondence to customers addressing complaint investigations.
- Serve as a liaison between business units regarding quality and technical concerns.
- Requires high technical competence, strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong PC/data entry skills required.
- 5 7 years of customer support experience preferred; medical device experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and think analytically.
- High school diploma required; degree preferred.
- Standard work hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Salary : $34 - $36
