Job Title: Manufacturing Associate – Reagent Pack Production

Job Summary

Our manufacturing team is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join the Reagent Pack Value Stream. In this role, you will formulate, fill, test, and package chemical and biological reagent products while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate, fill, test, and package reagent products according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Execute daily production plans while meeting quality and on-time delivery goals.
• Set up, calibrate, operate, test, and troubleshoot production equipment and reagent components.
• Perform analytical testing, including pH, conductivity, and density measurements.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete all required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Assist with cross-training and training of new team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment preferred (FDA, GMP, ISO, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, SOPs, and engineering documentation.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain accurate production records.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Good manual dexterity for handling small components and performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to safely perform production activities while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
