Procurement Specialist

The key responsibility focuses on the strategic post order management/PO Follow Up/expediting of our suppliers and preparing reports related to On time delivery, delay analysis, updating PO delivery dates etc as requested by management. The expeditor shall be accountable for the on time delivery of the parts anddocumentation and in conformity to the purchase order specifications. Furthermore he/she shall ensure documented order close out including but not limited to shipping/ receiving discrepancies, invoice discrepancies, effective contribution to increased back charges in relation to cost of deficiencies and provide support to claims management.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in business/purchasing / Engineering or 5 plus years of relevant buying/expediting/post order management/supply chain experienceEXPERIENCE● At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
