Job Title: Payroll Administrative Assistant
Location: Cary, NC
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Pay: $25/hr on W2
Job Description:
- Administrative Assistant to support Payroll team in the Cary, NC office that will require investigating variances/errors, engaging with tax jurisdictions to register accounts, establish on-line accounts, create POA's, Company level updates in Workday and leveraging ADP Smart Compliance to track open items, mapping for new jurisdictions, error research, etc..
Required Skills:
- Two Degree preferred, will accept 5 years of work experience in lieu of degree.
- 1 year in Workday
- Strong Excel knowledge (Pivot tables/VLOOKUPs)
- Ability to multi-task
- Analytical
- Detail Oriented
