Performs various production and assembly tasks supporting electronic and mechanical product manufacturing. Requires basic computer or data entry skills for production reporting and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Carry out repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on components such as modules, boards, panels, frames, and cables.Follow visual aids, schematics, diagrams, and written or verbal assembly instructions.Use hand and power tools, jigs, and saws to set up and complete assemblies.Perform continuity and quality checks during and after assembly to ensure compliance with specifications.Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test prototype or experimental assemblies as required.Operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in continuous production processes.Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process abnormalities; assist in adjustments when necessary.Support manufacturing operations with tasks related to shipping, receiving, inventory control, and packaging.Maintain accurate production data through computer-based reporting systems.Requirements:Basic computer and data entry skills for production tracking.Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics.Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly setting preferred.Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.Company DescriptionSelect Source International (SSI) is a distinguished staffing company with nearly 25 years of experience, renowned for delivering top-tier workforce solutions encompassing staffing, recruiting, and managed services.
