Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorAssignment Duration: 12/01/2025 – 07/31/2026Work Location: 95 Shawmut Road, Canton, MA 02021Work Hours: 40% Warehouse / 60% Computer-BasedJob SummaryThe Client is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management. This role requires a blend of hands-on material handling and system-based tracking through Oracle and related tools. The ideal candidate is computer-proficient, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming materials; verify packing slips and resolve any discrepancies.Record all receipts in Oracle and update project information in proprietary systems.Stage materials on warehouse shelves according to installation job requirements using printed Move Orders.Transfer materials from the warehouse to technicians’ trucks and accurately document transfers in Oracle.Perform cycle counts and physical inventories of warehouse sub-inventories; enter results in Oracle for approval.Place material orders through Oracle SAP and monitor order/receiving reports for accuracy.Communicate with internal departments via email to resolve inventory, order, or receiving issues.Coordinate with vendors to track material order status and delivery updates.Support special tasks, administrative duties, and projects as assigned by management.RequirementsAbility to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.High school diploma or equivalent.Fluency in English (written and verbal).Skills & ExperienceKnowledge of planning, inventory control processes, and numerical/analytical tasks.Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience; OR 2 years of materials handling experience in lieu of formal education.Forklift handling experience preferred.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience using Oracle (inventory or supply chain modules).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
