Job Description – Enterprise Architecture Coordinator (Remote)

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Enterprise Architecture Coordinator to support the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function at Vantive. This role will play a key part in organizing EA processes, maintaining documentation, tracking outstanding tasks, and publishing EA deliverables across internal platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Track and manage outstanding EA tasks, including architecture reviews, approvals, and coordination with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and technical teams.
Provide support for EA initiatives, including IT project requests and Architecture Review Board (ARB) preparation.
Data & Process Management
Organize and maintain EA data repositories, including architecture documentation, process maps, and decision records.
Catalog and maintain an inventory of EA processes with ownership assignments and prioritization schedules.
Ensure version control and timely updates of EA documentation and artifacts.
Publishing & Communication
Publish EA deliverables, frameworks, and updates across intranet and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
Prepare presentations and communications for EA summits, stakeholder meetings, and internal forums.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with IT, security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure alignment on architecture decisions and tool adoption.
Support coordination across EA sub-functions, including data architecture, integration, and governance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience in IT coordination, enterprise architecture support, or technical project management.
Familiarity with architecture governance processes, software onboarding workflows, and IT compliance standards.
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
Understanding of Architecture Review Boards (ARB), technology onboarding processes, and software lifecycle management.
Proficiency with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams, etc.).
