Technical Skills Required
Must Have:
- AV technology expertise in a professional setting
- Desktop and laptop repair
- Experience with laptop/desktop servers
- Windows 10/11 proficiency
Nice to Have:
- Customer-facing service experience
- MAC operating system skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive AV support for meetings, conferences, and client presentations.
- Take full ownership of onsite service activities, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Perform advanced maintenance and low-complexity installations on AV and computing equipment.
- Offer technical feedback to improve equipment and processes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve systemic technical issues.
- Monitor and report technical/process issues with recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years of relevant technical experience
- May require technical certification or associate degree
- Strong familiarity with AV systems including Cisco Room Kits, audio DSPs, AV switches, DI's, AV extenders, and related cabling (XLR, DMX, cat-5/6, etc.)
