We are hiring an Electronics Test Technician to support calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical components for a leading manufacturing facility in Foxboro, MA.What You Will DoPerform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies, components, and instruments.Troubleshoot printed wiring assemblies (PWA/PCB) using diagnostic tools.Interpret and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.Test devices to ensure functionality; identify trends and provide root cause analysis.Prepare and submit failure analysis reports.Work closely with engineers to meet quality & safety standards.Support manufacturing and assembly operations on the production line.Follow in-process inspection procedures and maintain accurate quality records.Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives.Follow all company safety procedures including lockout/tagout, PPE, etc.RequirementsTwo-year Technical degree OR 4-year Vocational High School.Experience in testing, troubleshooting, calibration, or electronic assembly.Ability to interpret technical drawings & diagrams.Basic to intermediate soldering experience (preferred).Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills.Ability to work overtime when needed.Company DescriptionSelect Source International (SSI) is a distinguished staffing company with nearly 25 years of experience, renowned for delivering top-tier workforce solutions encompassing staffing, recruiting, and managed services.
