Job Description:

Role Objective To provide real-time cost visibility, budgeting accuracy, and financial discipline during the planning and execution phases of a scheduled plant turnaround.

This role bridges the gap between field execution and corporate accounting. Post-Turnaround Reporting & Final Cost Report:

Reconcile all invoices against field-verified data to produce a final expenditure report. & Variance Analysis:

Explain why the event went over or under budget (e.g., "Scope creep in Unit 3 led to a 10% overrun"). & Benchmarking: Capture data to improve the accuracy of the next TAR cycle.
