Location: Clinton Township, MI 48035 – 15717 15 Mile Road
Contract Duration: November 23, 2026 – February 20, 2027
Hours: 40 hours per week | 8 hours per day

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Candidates must be flexible to work late evenings and one Saturday per month, as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood specimens accurately and safely.
• Administer medications and vaccines as permitted by applicable regulations and facility protocols.
• Check and monitor patients, including obtaining vital signs and documenting clinical information.
• Assist with patient assessments, examinations, and treatment procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vaccines, vaccine administration, and proper handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Support daily clinical operations, prioritizing patient care over clerical responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Required Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant (MA) certification required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and experience with blood collection.
• Experience with patient care, medication administration, and vaccines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to work the assigned schedule, including late evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Important: Candidates must have an active MA certification and current AHA BLS certification. Phlebotomy and hands-on patient care experience are essential.
