We are hiring Wiring Assemblers / Electrical Assemblers for a leading manufacturing facility in North Haven, CT. The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience with tools, tape measures, and wiring or assembling electrical components.ResponsibilitiesBuild wire harnesses and electrical assemblies by connecting wires to terminals, plugs, and electrical components.Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.Select correct wire types based on color coding, markings, and length.Use crimpers, cutters, hand tools, and measuring tools (tape measure).Wrap, tie, bundle, and label wires to produce neat and accurate harnesses.Perform continuity testing to verify wiring accuracy.Identify and replace defective wires or components.Maintain tools and workstations in good working condition.RequirementsPrevious wiring, electrical assembly, or cable assembly experience required.Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.Comfortable using hand tools, crimping tools, and tape measures.Able to stand for the full shift and work in a production environment.Company DescriptionSelect Source International (SSI) is a distinguished staffing company with nearly 25 years of experience, renowned for delivering top-tier workforce solutions encompassing staffing, recruiting, and managed services.
