What You’ll Do as an Enrollment Representative
- Meet with new and existing customers in person, guiding them through AT&T’s products and services in person.
- Explain service options wireless/mobile, home internet/fiber, bundles, etc., tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Complete the enrollment process on-site, gather required information, submit applications, activate service, and ensure a smooth hand-off.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service, answer questions, handle objections, build trust and long-term relationships.
- Meet enrollment targets, contribute to team goals, and report real-time customer feedback.
- Stay up to date on AT&T’s latest offers, promotions, and product features so you can present value with confidence.
- Represent the AT&T brand as an Enrollment Representative with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer focus.
What We’re Looking For in an Enrollment Representative
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer-facing or sales preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable using tablets, CRM tools or mobile devices for enrollment processing.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally within the Bakersfield area.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and readiness to represent a major brand.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,600.00 per month
