- Lead and supervise front office operations, fostering a positive, patient-centered culture and delivering exceptional service to patients, staff, and referral partners.
- Manage front office staffing, scheduling, and coverage plans to support efficient daily operations and maximize patient access to care.
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop front office team members, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and administrative processes, while maintaining accurate front office functions such as authorizations, charge posting, and record management.
- Monitor operational expenses and inventory, ensuring effective cost management and timely ordering of office supplies.
- Assist and support all essential functions of the Patient Service Specialist job
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two to four years of high-volume, medical office experience required.
- One to two years of supervisory and management experience preferred.
