Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a working smartphone (used for scheduling & updates)
- Perform residential cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, and polishing
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas according to company standards
- Follow detailed instructions on special client requests
- Handle cleaning supplies safely and use proper equipment (training provided)
- Notify supervisor of any maintenance issues, damages, or client concerns
- Maintain a respectful and professional attitude in client homes
- Track time and appointments accurately
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and kneel for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working around cleaning agents (protective gloves provided)
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products
