The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will utilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and various other tools to identify and engage prospective candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified professionals for our recruitment team to assess further. The role requires a keen eye for talent, a proactive approach to sourcing, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
This position is a six-month contract opportunity, with the opportunity to be extended.
Our team works a hybrid schedule of two days onsite, three days remote.

- Experience sourcing for clinical roles, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Respiratory Therapists (RRT), Physical Therapists (PTs), and other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like Indeed and LinkedIn is preferred
