Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist (Outpatient)
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Schedule: Full‑time | Monday-Friday (flexible hours)
Compensation: Starting at $77,000 annually, based on experience

Outpatient orthopedic clinic seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist with a hand therapy focus. Candidates may include new graduates with Level II hand fieldwork, OTs with 1 year of hand therapy experience, or CHTs (preferred, not required). Caseload includes: tendon injuries, sprains/strains, post‑operative fractures; splinting preferred.

- Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
- Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
- National registration and state licensure or registration REQUIRED to start.
- Newly licensed OT graduates with level 2 fieldwork in hand therapy and Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 year current hand therapy
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Valid state driver’s license
