Select Physical Therapy in Chula Vista is looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist who matches our team’s energy, dedication, and strong connection to the local community. We’ve recently expanded our practice and are excited to welcome a new clinician into our work family.

You’ll join a highly skilled team that includes orthopedic‑focused clinicians (OCS, COMT, and a Residency‑Trained Center Manager) as well as a concussion specialist. Our team values mentorship, collaboration, and clinician development. Across the greater San Diego market, we foster a supportive culture through regular skills practice sessions and market‑wide team‑building events.

Compensation:

• Salary starting at $82,000 up to $95,000 (Commensurate with experience)
• Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus
• Monthly Student Debt Repayment Program
• Relocation Assistance Available

Ideal Schedule:

Mon - Thurs: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Fri: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
