Job Description:-
We are looking for a PLM Business Analyst with strong Functional Testing expertise to support enterprise application initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure quality delivery through structured testing and UAT activities.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and validation plans.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing activities.
- Track defects, coordinate resolutions, and validate fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain project and testing documentation throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Functional Testing.
- Strong experience with requirements documentation and stakeholder interaction.
- Hands-on experience in test planning, test execution, and UAT support.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience working within complex enterprise application environments.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to PLM platforms and product lifecycle processes.
- Experience with test management or automation tools.
- Relevant BA or QA certifications.
