We are hiring dependable, hard-working team members to support turkey breeder farm operations in the Aurora and Monett areas. These roles are essential to maintaining healthy birds and supporting the food supply chain.
Employees work directly with live turkeys inside controlled barn environments. Duties vary by position but include animal handling, production tasks, sanitation, and general farm work.
Because protecting flock health is critical, all farms follow strict biosecurity procedures, including required shower-in and shower-out before entering or leaving barns.

Catchers
Catch and move birds safely as directed
