Dr. Louis Napolitano, DMD is seeking a highly skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our established multi-specialty practice part-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
About Our Practice
- In business since 1995
- 1 FT and 1 PT Dr.
- 1 FT and 2 PT Hygienists
- 50% PPO and 50% FFS
- Digital x-rays, iTero, Cone Beam
- Active patients: 2,300
- Schedule: Tuesday & Friday

Compensation
- Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
- Generous CE allowance

Qualifications and Skills
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in New Jersey, in good standing
- At least 3-5 years of clinical experience
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general & cosmetic dentistry including, but not limited to, fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care
- Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care
