Associate Dentist – Marc H. Berley, DMD (Ocean, NJ) 

Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, commensurate with experience 

Full-Time, Mon-Fri| $275,000-$340,000 annually

Your Impact 

In this role you will: 

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists ,assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as digital x-ray and laser to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.

We value your time as much as our own, and we strictly adhere to scheduled appointment times. We also pride ourselves on providing our dental patients with the b That means using the highest quality dental materials and exercising the strictest infection control measures in an immaculate environment. In our office we use many cutting-edge dental technologies such as digital x-ray and laser dentistry. We offer a full range of general and cosmetic services, including Invisalign. Our practice participates with many PPO insurance plans.

What You’ll Bring 

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Minimum 3-5 years working clinical experience.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required), in good standing.
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
