Vice President of Finance And Operations

Atlanta based industrial staffing company seeking experienced finance professional. This role is ideal for candidate seeking to grow into a CFO role and has energy to scale and work strategically with field operations.

Responsibilities include:

•  Oversee and develop efficiencies for AR invoices, AP bills and payments, Payroll, Fixed Assets and other adjusting journal entries and transactions as needed to the general ledger.
• Become well adapted to Tempworks and Quickbooks.
•  Manage WOTC credit program with ADP.
•  Manage banking relationships and Cash Flow.
•  Benefits planning and implementation including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, FSA and 401(K) Plan to include any audit and tax returns required.
•  Work with outside CPA firm to complete corporate income tax and other returns.
• Manage office and equipment leases, including maintenance, and other vendor agreements including phone and internet services.
•  Review and make appropriate edits to our standard Client Agreements as needed and approve Client contracts when needed.
•  Approve credit for new and reactivated clients.
• Responsible for completing bank and other balance sheet reconciliations on a daily and/ or month end basis.
•  Responsible for the preparation of basic financial reports (i.e., balance sheets, income statements, pro-formas, etc.) and performs moderately complex account analyses to summarize client, vendor, and company debt positions. 
• Assists with payroll garnishments, payroll processing, and payroll reporting weekly. Assists in accumulating, sorting and preparing weekly payroll and billing for distribution to clients and employees.
• Perform data analysis supporting the branches such as, Associate performance measurements, ACA Benefits analysis, and workforce planning and trends analysis.
• Work with VP of Operations and Managers to develop and track business plans/ forecasts.
• Perform commission and Profit-Sharing calculations
