What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at SelecSource?
Branch Manager - Solutions Thought Leader
POSITION OVERVIEW
For nearly 30 years, SelecSource has built lasting partnerships by delivering an extraordinary experience to our clients, talent, and communities. We're looking for a Branch Manager who sees beyond staffing—someone who can grow a market, inspire a team, build meaningful client relationships, and create opportunities that change lives.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on servant leader mindset who treats the branch as a growth engine — someone who can manage operations, drive new business and account expansion, support recruiting efforts, and build lasting client relationships while consistently pushing performance forward.
This role has a definitive focus on growth. Success is measured not just by smooth operations, but by measurable increases in revenue, client base, headcount, and branch profitability. We are looking for someone who is energized by targets, comfortable being held accountable to them, and motivated by the earning potential that comes with exceeding them.
KEY OBJECTIVES
● Expand our market presence by securing new partnerships and deepening relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
● Lead an exciting growth journey by scaling the branch while building a high-performing, engaged team.
● Recruit, develop, and inspire a talented branch team that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and delivering exceptional results and experiences.
● Partner with our Business Development team to identify opportunities, shape market strategy, and help win new business through a collaborative, growth-focused approach.
● Leverage your professional network and industry relationships to create new opportunities and accelerate business growth from day one.
● Lead from the front as a hands-on business leader—balancing sales, operations, client partnerships, recruiting, and team leadership to deliver an extraordinary experience for our clients, employees, and talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Own the branch's P&L — driving revenue, gross profit, and operating income with full accountability for results

● Oversee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention to support scaling headcount
● Build and expand client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
● Ensure customer orders are filled timely and accurately to protect and grow client trust
● Monitor attendance, performance, and workforce productivity, with a focus on continuous improvement
● Lead business development and account growth initiatives as a core, ongoing responsibility — not an occasional task
● Handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally
● Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations
● Review payroll, billing, reporting, and branch metrics, with an eye toward profitability and growth trends
● Coach and develop recruiters and branch staff to build a high-performing, growth-minded team
● Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed
