Vice President, Business Continuity
Location: New York, NY
A leading investment management firm in New York is looking to grow out their Risk Management group by bringing on a Vice President to support their Business Continuity Management program. Ideal candidates have 6 years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Risk/ Resilience, or another related function, ideally within the financial services industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the firm's BCM and Operational Resilience frameworks, working closely with business stakeholders and leadership to drive improvements and strengthen the control environment. This is a highly collaborative group, and offers visibility across all of the firms business units.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the execution and improvement of the firm's Business Continuity Management Framework including Operational Resilience, TPRM, and crisis/incident management
- Work closely with business leadership and stakeholders to drive process improves and strengthen the control environment
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the broader ORM group
- Oversee BCM/TPRM related policies, procedures, and testing
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Risk/Resilience, or another related function within the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or another related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to oversee numerous projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
